It’s time to surrender. There is so much power and untapped potential in this.

The situation at hand is complex and multi-faceted, therefore you need to be gentle with yourself as you move through a letting go process.

The concept of letting go seems simple, however, in actual fact it is a multi-layered challenge that needs to be continually worked at. Look at the image on the card, there are hundreds of micro-fibres. These represent all of the conscious and subconscious thoughts, feelings and emotions that are connected to the situation at hand. These stored memories can resurface constantly so we must be patient with ourselves as we practise and learn to truly let go.

What is in front of you right now? Let’s release this.

Up, Up, Up, OUT.

Can you feel the spaciousness? Take another breath. Another facet or layer may arise and as it does repeat this process, until the situation has completely moved through.
